Management advised the Union, new rosters will be provided to SM6 in the first instance then cascaded to other grades including DMs.
The Rail Tram and Bus Union has been assured that consultation will take place in accordance with Rail Corporation NSW, Rail Infrastructure Corporation and State Rail Authority of NSW Enterprise Agreement 2005. Station Managers will have the opportunity of commenting on the proposed rosters.
Where disputes arise at locations such disputes will be dealt with under the Disputes Settlement provisions of the EBA and at "local level" in the first instance.
