For months now the RTBU have been at the table with RailCorp on numerous occasions in an attempt to resolve
the OCR issue. Members would be aware that RailCorp intended to change elements of the OCR process despite
the Union Collective Agreement restricting them from doing so. Furthermore RailCorp wished to undertake OCR at
every location, a position which contradicts with the way in which OCR reviews have been undertaken since its
inception. We have in no uncertain terms explained to them that we believe them to be in breach of the Union
Collective Agreement and most importantly that they will only cause further unrest on the stations.
