Federal Court of Australia Determines Penatly for RailCorp's Breach of Enterprise Agreement

Following the RTBU's successful claim in The Federal Court of Australia that RailCorp breached clause 22.1 of the New South Wales, Rail Infrastructure Corporation & State Rail Authority of New South Wales Enterprise Agreement 2005

the Court has imposed a penalty of $70,000.00 on RailCorp for not filling 22 vacancies at Town Hall Railway Station.
