RailCorp Guilty of Breaching Workplace Laws20 August 2009, 3:57pmIn an important victory for RTBU members, the union successfully launched a Federal Court case against RailCorp to act on unfilled positions in CityRail
The Federal Court found that RailCorp was in breach of its legal obligations under the 2005 Enterprise Agreement, by leaving 22 customer service positions at Town Hall unfilled.
