- Create a review team which includes a union representative that meet once a week to review all HR issues which fall out of the review process.
- Agreed to directly translate Station Support Officer's where their position has not changed and the position has become a Duty Manager Level 1.
- Review the resources provided to booking offices and identify if there are enough resources allocated to undertake Countrylink bookings.
- Provide employees with an information sheet to ensure their issues have been dealt with.
RailCorp have advised that the implementation of rosters will commence Sunday 21st June 2009 so it is important that members raise any concerns with management this week to take advantage of the Agreement reached above.
Members will be kept informed on this important issue.
